Concept advice
Do you want to extend your house but don't know what permissions you will need and what the process is?
We can help with our concept advice service. From just £99.00 we offer a telephone consultation that will answer all your questions. Here's how it works.

2.
We will send you the payment details and availability for the consultation.
3.
When we have received your payment we will arrange a convenient time to call and discuss your project and hopefully answer all your questions.
Includes advice on PD extensions, PD loft conversions, PD outbuildings, other PD rights, alterations to existing, cost of the building works, etc
Design Advice
Do you need to make changes to your house but don’t know what to do for the best, maybe you need an extra bedroom, a larger kitchen or just want a large open plan living space?
Why not take advantage of our Design Advice service. From just £199 we will visit you in your home #or video call depending on location# to discuss what your needs are, then we will advise what works are feasible, what would be most cost effective and advise on what permissions will be required. Here's how it works.

Virtual Reality
Do you have ideas about altering or extending your home but not sure how it will look?
Then our Virtual Reality Service might be just what you are looking for. From only £299 we can produce a 3D visualisation of your ideas and give you a virtual reality tour so you can walk through your new home virtually.

Send us your name, house address and what your ideas are to homearchitecture@email-idc.co.uk
2.
We will send you the payment details and our availability to carry out the site survey #north west only at the moment, but we are working on expanding this#.
3.
When we have received your payment we will arrange a convenient time to carry out a site survey.
4.
We will then create the 3D model of your house with your proposed alterations or extensions.
5.
You can then come to our office to view your house with our VR headset or we can send you a link for you to view it using your own equipment
Other Services
Hopefully one of our services above will help you decide what works you want to carry out. At that stage we can then assist you with obtaining any necessary approvals as well as providing the drawings and details that a builder can work from.
We can even help you find a builder if you don’t already have anyone in mind.
